Weekly Menu Plan & Fitness Recap {2/15}

Happy Sunday from the road. We are headed home after a fun weekend in Waxhaw. It was Addison's first time roller skating and I think it was a success! 
Sorry for the blurry picture. It's hard to get a good iPhone picture of a moving target when you're also a moving target. I  think she did pretty well. We might even take her to our local skating rink for her to try again. We'll have to see.

There was lots of food eaten this weekend as well.

Tuesday - Bubble-Up Pozza Casserole
Wednesday - Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
Thursday - One Pot Cheesy Pasta w/ Smoked Sausage
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Contingency Day

Fitness Recap:
Sunday - 3 mile run
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 21 Day Fix Upper Fix
Wednesday - 21 Day Fix Lower Fix
Thursday - 21 Day Fix Pilates & Zumba
Friday - 21 Day Fix Dirty 30
Saturday - Rest

I ended up taking an extra rest day this weekend. But there was too much fun to be had to take a break for a formal workout. Skating counts, right?
