I thought it would be fun to go back through some of my past recipes and give some ideas for dishes to bring to a New Year's Eve celebration. Here's what I came up with:
Something Savory:
Alabama Firecrackers - Some good to munch on througout the evening.
Baked Buffalo Wings - Buffalo wings are always a winner. Lighten them up by baking istead of frying!
Cheddar Bacon Ranch Dip - Crack dip!! 'Nuff said!
Jalapeno Popper Dip - We love jalapeno poppers in our house, but the're not very easy to take to a party. This would be a perfect solution!
Turkey Egg Rolls - These are on my menu for this year.
Something Sweet:
If you're in charge of bringing something sweet or a dessert, these might work for you...
Cake Mix Snickerdoodles - Cookies are always a good idea. You can snack on them throughout the night.
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries - These are really easy, but look pretty fancy and are sure to WOW everyone!
Funfetti Cake Batter Dip - This is really good and you can change it up with different flavors of cake mix.
You can make a mini version of any of the savory "cupcakes" that I've posted by using a mini muffin pan and wonton wrappers instead of the egg roll wrappers.
Taco Cupcakes -
So there you have it. The only problem now, is trying to narrow it down! Good luck with that! I hope you all have a great New Year's Eve and wish you all the very best for 2015.
So long for today...
