Happy Sunday everyone!! Can you believe that we are only 4 days away from Christmas?!
We ended up going to church this morning, so this is a bit later since I didn't have it written out ahead of time. The last part if the week is going to be up in the air, so no definite plans yet. But here is what I'm planning prior to Christmas:
Sunday - Crockpot Roast
Monday - Grilles Turkey Patties
Tuesday - Crockpot Chicken Parmesan
Wednesday - Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Thursday - Christmas Ham
Friday - TBD
Saturday - TBD
This was a pretty good week of workouts. It feels really good to be working my muscles and burning some calories, too!

Monday - Yoga Meltdown - Level 1
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Ripped in 30 - Level 2
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Ripped in 30 - Level 1
