Weekly Menu Plan & Fitness Recap {12/21}

Happy Sunday everyone!! Can you believe that we are only 4 days away from Christmas?!

The excitement at our house is at an all-time high. We let the kids each open a gift yesterday, so of course Addison wanted to open some more, but we told her no. Grinches! Camden did great opening his gift, so Christmas morning should be a pretty big blur of paper and ribbons flying everywhere. I can't wait!!

We ended up going to church this morning, so this is a bit later since I didn't have it written out ahead of time. The last part if the week is going to be up in the air, so no definite plans yet. But here is what I'm planning prior to Christmas:

Sunday - Crockpot Roast
Monday - Grilles Turkey Patties
Tuesday - Crockpot Chicken Parmesan
Wednesday - Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Thursday - Christmas Ham
Friday - TBD
Saturday - TBD

This was a pretty good week of workouts. It feels really good to be working my muscles and burning some calories, too!
Sunday - Ripped in 30 - Level 1
Monday - Yoga Meltdown - Level 1
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Ripped in 30 - Level 2
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Ripped in 30 - Level 1

  4. My week after Thursday is a bit up in the air too. I have a main dish picked but says with leftovers! ha! Sometimes you just need to wait and see what needs to be used up. Your workouts look great, keep it up! :)
