Weekly Menu Plan & Fitness Recap {6/26}

Hey there! Happy Sunday! I hope you're all having a great weekend! My weekend started off with a great ladies night fitness group with some fabulous local Advocare ladies. I'm totally in love with the community that is developing with this company. Loving the connections that are being made. We had a booty blasting Barre workout.
Thankfully, I took some Nighttime Recovery to help with soreness and felt great yesterday! #stuffworks

We had a great day with TC's cousins family that we are blessed enough to be able to call friends, too. We had a nice day in the pool and enjoyed a delicious and (mostly) cleanse-friendly dinner. Just a fabulous day overall!

I'm on day 6 of the 10 Day Cleanse today and I'm feeling so, so good! It's amazing what a few days of clean eating can do for you!
